Why Am I Unable to Log In?
If you are having trouble accessing your student account, there are a few common reasons and solutions to review below.
1. Make Sure You Are Using the Correct Portal

2. Your Student Status May Have Changed
One of the most common reasons for login issues is a change in your enrollment status.
You may be unable to log in if:

You are no longer an active student

You were removed due to a violation of school policies or procedures
- You are inputting the wrong username or password
Students who failed to maintain an active status with our school are routinely withdrawn for violation of academic standing. Unfortunately we are unable to reinstate you to your previous status if this is the case. Your only path forward would be to reapply as a new student. You could pick up where you left off, however you would be subject to the new tuition and fee schedule.
If you are logging in with the wrong information, there are self-service options that you can complete on your own, without the intervention of staff.
3. What to Do If You Believe This Is an Error
If you believe you are still in good standing but cannot log in:

Submit a Student Support Ticket

Request to speak with an Admissions Advisor
They will be able to review your account and provide next steps. If you are in good standing and you just forgot your log in information, a member of our staff will direct you to follow the self-service steps to reset your user password.
