What happens if I miss a payment?
Payments are due on the dates shown on your invoices. A missed payment may result in late fees, restricted access, or dismissal if the balance remains unresolved.
What could happen to my account?
- Late fees: A $100 late fee may be assessed for each month your account remains delinquent.
- Access restrictions: You may lose access to the learning platform, registration, workshops, transcripts, your diploma, school activities, and graduation processing.
- Reactivation charges: If access is deactivated for nonpayment, a $300 Program Activation Fee may be required in addition to your outstanding balance and late fees.
- Withdrawal or dismissal: Unresolved balances at the end of the term may result in withdrawal from courses and dismissal from the College.
If you are dismissed for nonpayment, you must satisfy outstanding financial obligations before re-enrolling.
What if my card expires or stops working?
You are responsible for keeping an active payment method on file. If your card may expire or become deactivated, contact the Office of Financial Aid before your next recurring payment is due to change your payment method.
Review your invoices and payment-plan terms carefully. Losing access to your courses or stopping participation does not automatically cancel charges.
