How do annual fees and installments work?
An annual fee covers a full 12-month period. Paying it in monthly installments does not turn it into a monthly fee that stops when you leave.
The period begins when the annual fee is initially paid. If you have an installment arrangement, it begins when you pay the first installment.
For students who remain enrolled, the next annual fee is due on the anniversary of that date.
What happens if I withdraw or am dismissed?Annual fees, including technology and registration fees, remain owed in full. They are not prorated, and you do not receive a refund for unused months.
If you have not paid the entire annual fee, the remaining balance becomes due immediately on your effective withdrawal or dismissal date.
Example: an annual fee paid monthlySuppose your annual technology and registration fees total $600 and you have an approved plan of 12 monthly payments of $50. If the first payment is May 15, 2025, the installments run through April 15, 2026.
If you leave before paying all $600, the unpaid remainder becomes due when your withdrawal or dismissal takes effect.
Can an annual fee renew after I request withdrawal?Yes. Submitting a request does not stop renewal while you remain enrolled. If the renewal date falls before your effective withdrawal or dismissal date, the full annual fee becomes due and is nonrefundable. Any unpaid portion is due immediately when you leave.
For example, if you request withdrawal in July, your withdrawal takes effect August 21, and your annual renewal date is August 15, the annual fee still renews on August 15.
